Easily accessible by plane, train and car, this enchanting area is nestled between the dramatic Sibillini mountains and the coastline of the Adriatic Sea.Situated in the East of Italy, Le Marche offers all the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Tuscany, but without the crowds. There are 6 shared rooms.

Each with their own en suite bathroom.

VILLA LIVING IS DRIFTING TO SLEEP TO THE SOOTHING SOUNDS OF THE SEA BREEZE

The Villa has six beautifully designed, elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with a unique look and feel, yet all offering unparalleled 5* comfort. The spacious bedrooms each feature panoramic views of the countryside and beyond.  Four enjoy stunning sea views of the Adriatic coast and two have vistas of the charming 13th century town of Civitanova Alta.

To further enhance your relaxing experience each bedroom has either a private balcony or spacious terrace, perfect for morning coffee al-fresco. The bedrooms are bathed in natural light and decorated in gentle hues that give a tranquil, calming atmosphere. Furnished to the very highest standards, rooms feature natural wood floors, 2 extra comfy, bespoke artisan lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens.

The large ensuite bathrooms are contemporary in design and feature natural stone, polished concrete and sleek, brushed steel fittings.

Exchange is $3985.00 per person for a shared double room (2 per room)

$4885 per person for private room (1 King Bed)

• R/T Airport transportation from Rome to the Villa if arriving on June 21,2025 by time assigned by host closer to date. (Within 1 hour of host)
• There will be ONE van from villa back to Rome on day of check out at one specific time assigned closer to date. Regardless of departure time. This van will arrive at airport closest to earliest flight out of Rome. If you wish to have a later ride transportation to airport will NOT be included.
• 7 Nights of accommodations in a beautiful room
• Brunch daily by our private chef and 4 gourmet, authentic Italian dinners by our private gourmet chef (Unless we are on excursion)

• Travel insurance. Highly recommended. This is different than your flight insurance and is highly recommended to purchase.

All payments are non refundable/ non negotiable/ non transferable unless retreat is cancelled by host or venue.

Airfare is NOT included. Please make sure passports are in good standing and do not expire within 6 months of travel. This is your responsibility and refunds will NOT be granted for expired passports.

**Venue is subject to change to a venue of equal or greater value At discretion of event host. All attendees will be notified and no refunds will be granted.

Price is based on a total of 10 people. Subject to change or to be cancelled if all 10 spots do not book within 5 months of retreat.

**No refunds will be granted due to cancelled or delayed flights. If your flight is missed/ cancelled/ delayed you will be responsible for transportation to the resort. I will do my best to assist.
