Rooftop Yoga is BACK!!
Join Toni Freda of Seed & Rooted every Tuesday beginning in May through 12/17/24 at 6pm for Sunset Rooftop Yoga INDOORS at the Nicotra Grown Organic Rooftop Farm made possible by Lois & Richard Nicotra.
This one hour All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow will bring all the good energy.
Please arrive by 5:50pm in the lobby at 1441 South Avenue and the doorman will escort you up to the third floor. (Indoors in October or in inclement weather)
Class starts on time, so please don't be late as the space fills up quickly.
Remember, this an INDOOR SPACE BEGINNING IN OCTOBER, so please dress accordingly. It can get windy.

Join Toni Freda of Seed & Rooted Tuesdays at 6pm (sharp) for an All Levels Vinyasa Yoga flow INDOORS ON THE THIRD FLOOR (blue door) on the Nicotra Grown Organic Rooftop Farm located at 1441 South Avenue. Meet in the lobby with your mat & the doorman will escort you up or take the elevator to the third floor. Look for the glass revolving door. There is plenty of parking and stay for pizza after class (not included). Pienza will NOT be open after class beginning 11/1/24.
